A Hartselle couple who pled guilty in connection with overturning an altar at a Decatur church last year will each spend time in jail. Lisa Marie Wagner, 26, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with five years probation and restitution of $11,958. She must also serve 500 hours of community service. Her partner, Adam Joseph Turgeon, 27, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, along with the same probation, restitution and community service as Wagner. The couple will serve their sentences at separate times in order to care for their infant daughter. A third person, Emily Beth Loughman, 22, also pled guilty in connection with the case. Her sentence has not been determined. Her husband, Val Eugene Loughman, was given youthful offender status in the case. He was 20 when the incident occurred. The four are accused of entering Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church on Oct. 2, 2005 and destroying the altar before communion.
